  • Bernardo Bertolucci to award Marco Bellocchio the Golden Lion for Lifetime Achievement 2011 in an exclusive Venetian event

    The award ceremony will take place on Friday 9 September in the Sala Grande at 5 p.m. The ceremony will open with the screening of Marco Bellocchio, Venezia 2011 by Pietro Marcello (12′). The screening of the new version of Nel nome del padre, the 1971 film re-edited in 2011 for this special occasion, will follow.
